For this reason, we offer three Guaranteed Refund Protection options — Essential, Plus, and Total — designed to protect your investment and give you complete peace of mind. You can choose the solution that best suits your needs and clearly understand how you are protected based on the number of weeks purchased (1, 2, or more weeks).
The protections cover the main reasons that might force you to cancel the Camp, such as certified health issues, unexpected personal or family events, school-related situations like failing a school year or having remedial coursework that requires attendance, and other unforeseeable circumstances. Each protection option clearly specifies how refunds are handled and the related timelines, so you always know what to expect.
The protection also includes optional services you may have purchased, such as transfers, technical services, merchandising, and personalized apparel. Depending on the protection selected, it is clearly stated which services are refundable and to what extent, allowing you to invest in additional services with complete confidence.
In some cases, coverage continues during the Camp week itself: the Plus and Total options provide refunds in the event of injuries or illnesses occurring during activities, ensuring concrete support even after the Camp has started.
To ensure full transparency, please note that certain fees are never refundable, such as the administrative handling fee and the cost of the purchased protection; all other amounts are assessed and refunded according to the selected protection.

How do I buy the “Guaranteed Refund Protection”?
You can purchase it during online registration by answering the specific question and indicating the number of weeks you have registered.
Without the Guaranteed Refund Protection
The table below clearly and transparently shows what happens in case of cancellation without having purchased the Guaranteed Refund Protection. It is a useful tool to understand the conditions that apply when you choose not to activate additional coverage.
Without protection, the amounts withheld vary depending on when the cancellation is communicated: up to 30 days before the start of the Camp, a fixed fee of €250 is retained, while in the last 7 days, the participation fee is no longer refundable. The table also indicates which optional services can be recovered: transfers, optional technical services, merchandising, and customized products are refundable only if the cancellation is made with sufficient notice, whereas the administrative handling fee is never refundable.
This information allows you to clearly assess the level of financial risk associated with not activating the protection. The table thus becomes a useful guide for deciding whether to add the Guaranteed Refund Protection at the time of registration, thereby safeguarding your investment in case of unforeseen events.
