Get the ‘Money Back Guarantee’ protection

we are pleased to present family protection that covers both in case of inability to attend the camp and in case of injury or illness during the camp. Thanks to ‘Money Back Guaranteed’, you can enrol your children in Summer Camps without the worry of losing the sums paid during enrolment. This is an additional, optional guarantee at a cost of Euro 44 per participant and per week of camp. The details are as follows:

Before the beginning of the camp:

– Illness or injury of the participant, certified by medical personnel from outside the household;

– School failure, school rejection, for which the member is obliged to attend remedial courses concurrently with the booked holiday;

– Loss of a relative up to the 2nd degree of kinship;

– Renounce participation within 30 days before the start of the chosen camp;

– Serious natural disasters occurring in the participant’s place of residence.

In the cases described above, the down payment and the balance will be returned to the family, net of the practice management fee (€35), the “Money Back Guarantee” protection fee (€44) and any transport fee (€80 return or €50 one-way), which are always retained by the organisation.

The renunciation must be communicated, under penalty of forfeiture of the guarantee, in writing by e-mail (to info@nbabasketballschool.it), no later than the essential deadline set for 10 p.m. on the day before the start of the Camp.

Once the camp has started:

for one week of enrollment

– Accident or illness occurred:

a) within 48 hours of the start of the camp: refund of 70% of the amount paid

b) within Wednesday at 3.00pm: refund of 50% of the amount paid

for more than one week enrollment

– Accident or illness occurred:

a) within 48 hours of the start of the camp: refund of 70% of the amount paid

b) within the end of the first week: refund of 50% of the amount paid

The two cases described above also do not include the practice management fee (Euro 35), the “Money Back Guarantee” protection fee (Euro 44) and any transport fee (Euro 80 return or Euro 50 one-way), which are always retained by the organisation. These amounts are excluded from the percentage calculation of the refund.
