Procedure for enrollment

PLAYER CLINIC/SUMMER EXPERIENCE

1. Fill out the Online Registration Form starting from the SIGN UP button found on the individual event page.
2.Upon completion, an initial automatic email is generated summarizing what has been purchased and also including directions for payment to be made at the same time as enrollment. In this regard please:
– indicate only the participant’s NAME and SURNAME in the reason for payment.
– Do not send the transfer receipt
3.In a second email (usually within 48/72 hours after filling out the online registration form) you will receive confirmation of your booking at the Player Clinic/Summer Experience. In this email there is a link to click on to upload a copy of the sports medical certificate (competitive or non-competitive).
4.Once the payment is registered, a third and final email is sent with the invoice attached. This document confirms registration for the Player Clinic/Summer Experience.

SUMMER CAMP

1. Fill out the Online Registration Form starting from the SIGN UP button found on the individual event page.
2.At the end of the online procedure there will be an option to make payment either by Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer. In the case of payment by bank transfer, you will receive a second confirmation email with the IBAN and account header details for payment of the deposit and the balance

3.In this second email there is a link to click on to upload a copy of the sports medical certificate (competitive or non-competitive).
4. For those who make payment by bank transfer, within 15 days before the start of Summer Camp, the balance must be disbursed.
5.Once the balance payment is registered, an email is sent with the total invoice for the purchased package attached.

PAYMENTS

1.If payment is made by bank transfer, it is mandatory to indicate only the participant’s NAME and SURNAME in the reason for payment.
2.You will find the bank references and IBAN code to which to make payments in the email that will arrive to confirm the reservation.
