Procedure for enrollment

PLAYER CLINIC/DAY CAMP

1. Complete the Online Registration Form (Modulo di iscrizione) starting with the SIGN UP button found on the individual event page.
2.Upon completion, an initial automatic email is generated summarizing what has been purchased and also including directions for payment to be made at the same time as enrollment. In this regard please:
– indicate only the participant’s NAME and SURNAME in the reason for payment.
– Do not send the transfer receipt
3.In a second email (usually within 48/72 hours of filling out the online registration form), confirmation is given that the Player Clinic/Day Camp has been booked. In this email there is a link to click on to upload a copy of the sports medical certificate (competitive or non-competitive).
4.Once the payment is registered, a third and final email is sent with the invoice attached. This document confirms successful registration for the Player Clinic/Day Camp.

SUMMER CAMP

1.Fill out the Online Registration Form (Modulo di iscrizione) starting with the SIGN UP button found on the individual event page.
2.Upon completion, an initial automatic email is generated summarizing what has been purchased and also including directions for payment to be made at the same time as enrollment. In this regard please:
– indicate only the participant’s NAME and SURNAME in the reason for payment.
• non inviare la ricevuta dell’avvenuto bonifico
3.In una seconda email (solitamente entro 48/72 ore dalla compilazione del form di iscrizione online) viene confermata l’avvenuta prenotazione al Player Clinic/Day Camp. In questa email è presente un link sul quale cliccare per caricare copia del certificato medico sportivo (agonistico o non agonistico).
4.Entro 7 giorni dal pagamento dell’acconto viene inviata una terza email che conferma l’avvenuta iscrizione al Summer Camp.
5.Entro 15 giorni prima dell’inizio del Summer Camp occorre effettuare il pagamento del saldo. Anche in questo pagamento si prega di:
• indicare nella causale solo il NOME e COGNOME del partecipante

6.Once the payment is registered, a fourth and final email is sent with the total invoice for the purchased package attached.

PAYMENTS

1.When paying by bank transfer, it is mandatory to indicate only the NAME and SURNAME of the participant in the reason for payment.
2.You will find the bank references and IBAN codes to which to make payments in the email that will reach you at the end of the online procedure confirming the reservation.

DISCOUNTS

1.For siblings there is a discount of €30 each On the participation fee for Summer Camp and Day Camp. To automatically apply the discount, you must enter during the online registration the voucher code FRATELLIindicating in the note field the name of the brother/sister.

Sibling discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
